Director of Development- Institutional Advancement
University Service Center, Rm. 210D
As the Director of Development, I am responsible for prospecting, cultivating, securing and stewarding mid-level gifts to the university. I work closely with the faculty and staff, and the entire Development and Institutional Advancement team to ensure coordination among individual giving programs. In addition, I participate in key community events and organizations in order to primarily engage our alumni and strengthen relationships with individuals passionate about Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi.
Originally from Tonbridge, England I made the big move across the pond to Corpus Christi 10 years ago. I earned my Associate’s degree in Liberal Arts from Del Mar College before moving to Temecula, California. My travels brought me back to Corpus Christi, and I proudly earned my Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi in 2016. I have spent the majority of my professional career in the banking industry, working with local financial institutions and members of our Corpus Christi community. In addition, I am an active member of Lambda Pi Eta, The National Communication Honor Society. I am very excited to have been given the opportunity to return to Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi, and be an integral part of the growth and advancement of our Island University.
In my spare time I enjoy reading, hiking, going to the beach and spending time with friends and family. I am an avid traveler, and one of my main passions in life is exploring all that the world has to offer. I haven’t been everywhere, but it’s on my list!
