University Services Center, Rm. 210D
Under the direction of the Director of Advancement Services and the Advancement Services Coordinator, I'm responsible for the day-to-day management of all incoming gifts, processing donations and pledge management. As Gift Processor, I work closely with Development Officers, other Advancement staff, Accountants, and other university departments on the management of donations. I also ensure that all gifts to the University are processed and receipted accurately and in a timely manner. In addition, I am responsible for researching, entering and maintaining gift data in the department's database including maintaining data confidentiality. I also take on special projects and work at campus events as assigned by the Director of Advancement Services.
Prior to my current position, I was a Database Assistant for Advancement Services and gained experience and numerous skills in researching and maintaining all biographical information for donors, prospects and corporations as needed. Having been in this position, it has assisted me with the knowledge of maintaining all data in a donor database and the comprehension of the detailed policies and procedures of the Institutional Advancement Department.
Outside of work, I enjoy attending sporting events, concerts and spending time with family and friends.
